National Computer Security Assessment Program
- (CSTVRP) A program designed to evaluate the interrelationship of empirical data of computer security infractions and that of critical systems profiles while comprehensively incorporating information from the Computer Security Technical Vulnerability Reporting Program. The assessment will build threat and vulnerability scenarios that are based on a collection of facts from relevant reported cases. Such scenarious are a powerful, dramatic, and consice form of representing the value of loss experience analysis. (NCSC-WA-001-85;)
