IACIS 2007 Computer Forensics Training <br> 23 Apr-04 May 07

IACIS 2007 Computer Forensics Training There are no prerequisites for IACIS CFCE training. Obviously any computer knowledge is a plus and will make the lectures and practical exercises much easier to grasp. We begin with the basics and quickly move into highly technical theories, terms, and techniques. IACIS provides 90% of what you need to know to successfully complete the two week training program. Some outside reading and research may be necessary on certain topics. For those requiring additional hands on time, evening (optional) computer labs are available. Since IACIS is a non-profit volunteer organization, no board member, instructor, or staff member may receive any compensation. Travel, hotel, and meals for conference staff are paid by IACIS. Many members of the staff actually take vacation time from their jobs to work at the conference. For these reasons, we offer training only once a year. During the two-week CFCE Training we offer concurrent advanced topic training. The topics and course content vary from year to year. In order to attend IACIS Advanced Training you must have previously attended the two-week CFCE training and be a current dues paid member.
