Homeland security and emergency response require communication that bridges domains, disciplines, and levels of government. This conference will examine the alignment of policy, strategy, and technology needed to achieve effective network-centric information sharing and collaboration capability. The first of a new tradition, this is the only homeland security event to focus through the lens of netcentricity. It is a forum on the many challenges of achieving network centric information sharing and interoperability in the homeland security sector. The audience will be comprised of senior level professionals from federal, regional, state, and local government agencies, military units, contractors and technology service providers.
