This is the fourth year the SANS Internet Storm Center is hosting SANSFIRE, and we promise quite a bit of excitement. The Internet Storm Center is sponsoring SANS@Night sessions with talks focused on current attacks and threats and how the Internet Storm Center will help you in your fight against these threats. In the past year the Internet Storm Center was very active in the early detection of malicious activity on the Internet and again has been the first choice of system administrators world-wide for accurate and timely information. Several of our incident handlers will be present at SANSFIRE 2007, and you will certainly want to make time to meet and get to know our fantastic team. The great success of the Internet Storm Center is based on information sharing. Nothing fosters information sharing and builds trust better then face to face meetings like SANSFIRE 2007.
