Manipulative Communications Deception
- Alteration or simulation of friendly telecommunications for the purpose of deception. NOTE: Manipulative communications deception may involve establishment of bogus communications structures, transmission of deception messages, and expansion or creation of communications schedules on existing structures to display an artificial volume of messages.
